How long does it take for my order to process?

Orders placed before 11am PST will process and ship the same day. During higher volume periods, orders may take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped.

Can I remove, add, or change items in my order?

At this time, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order after it has been placed. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled by 12pm PST Monday through Friday. Please contact us by email care@frame-brand.com or by phone (844) 803-7263 to cancel your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
