Orders placed before 11am PST will process and ship the same day. During higher volume periods, orders may take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped.
At this time, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order after it has been placed.

2. When will I receive my Sample Sale order?
Due to high-volume, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, it may take 3-7 business days for delivery.
3. Can I return or exchange Sample Sale styles?
Sample sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions. All Sample Sale purchases are Final Sale.
4. When will the Sample Sale end?
This year's Annual Online Sample sale will end 3/01/2020 11:59 pm EST. No rain checks. Discounts may not be retroactively applied.
5. What shipping methods are available for Sample Sale orders?
A Flat $7 Shipping fee applies to all Sample Sale orders. This $7 is non-refundable. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional fee, please note expedited sample sale orders can take up to 3 business days to ship.
