When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am PST will ship the following business day.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship the following business day.

 

FRAME does not ship on the following holidays:

    Can I track the shipping status of my order?

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Can I change my shipping address?

    We can change the shipping address for orders that have not shipped or are still in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address for orders that are out for delivery.


    Please note that shipping address changes can cause a delay in delivery.

    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO & FPO addresses?

    Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
