Please note: Due to our annual warehouse audit, all shipments are currently on pause. Any orders placed between 1/6/22 and 1/14/22 will begin processing on 1/17/22. We appreciate your patience.  

Orders may then take up to 5 business days to ship. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Due to the volume of orders we are receiving, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Expedited Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am pst will ship same day.

We have taken extra measured in our fulfillment practices to ensure employee health and safety.

 

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11am PST, or on the weekend, will ship the following business day.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number. Live tracking updates will be available within 72 hours.

 

At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship the following business day.

 

FRAME does not ship on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to update.

    Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    We now offer free express worldwide shipping! Orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide and delivered within 3 - 7 business days. Duties are estimated at checkout and covered by FRAME. Where applicable, taxes will be calculated and due at checkout. 

    Once your order ships, a separate email with tracking number will be sent containing your estimated delivery date.
