Shipping

We ship to all international locations other than Russia through a customized checkout experience powered by our international partner Flow.io. You may shop in your region-specific currency. All international orders ship via DHL Express. Orders may not be expedited. Standard transit time is within 3-5 business days. Duties are estimated at checkout and covered by FRAME. Where applicable, taxes will be calculated and due at checkout.  Please note: occasional delays due to customs clearance are expected depending on your location.      

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to update.

At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship the following business day.   FRAME does not ship on the following holidays: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year’s Day

We have taken extra measured in our fulfillment practices to ensure employee health and safety.   Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11am PST, or on the weekend, will ship the following business day.   Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number. Live tracking updates will be available within 72 hours.
