US customers: Visit returns.frame-store.com to see your return and exchange options and to receive a pre-paid return label. After selecting the cause of return, you'll be prompted to select "Exchange," "Return," or "Shop for Something New." If you do not see the "Exchange" option, this means the style you purchased is completely sold-out in all sizes.

Every time you process a return you'll be issued a temporary "instant refund voucher" in case you change your mind and want to place a new order before we receive your return package. If this credit is not used, you'll be refunded to your original form of payment once your return package has been received.
