Price Matching Policy

If you find an item currently available on frame-store.com, in the same style, color and size, in-stock at a designated online retailer, we will gladly match their price.

Please contact our customer service team care@frame-store.com with the URL of the website where we can find the exact style, size and color in-stock and offered at a lower price.  

We do not Price Match previous purchases and are unable to match prices from outlet retailers, discount, flash sale, auction or club websites.

We cannot match prices from regional or non-U.S. based stores and websites. Other retailers’ promotional discounts, gift card or shipping offers are not eligible for matching.
