Return Policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed November 15th through December 31st may be returned within 60 days of purchase.

 

Return shipping is free on all U.S. orders. For international orders, shipping and returns costs are calculated based on the size, weight and distance of your return. 

 

Items purchased online may be returned online within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return for an online order, visit returns.frame-store.com.

 

Items purchased online may be dropped off at a FRAME retail store. At this time, FRAME retail stores cannot process returns for orders placed online. Items dropped off to a FRAME retail store will be sent for return processing on the customer’s behalf.

 

Items must be returned new, unused, with all FRAME garment tags still attached and in their original packaging. 

 

Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. 

 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, visit returns.frame-store.com

Receiving A Refund

Please allow 1 week for your return to be delivered to our facility. Once received, you can expect your return to be processed within 3-5 business days. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Returns To A FRAME Store

Items purchased online can be dropped off at any FRAME retail store along with the original invoice and garment tags attached. At this time, FRAME retail stores cannot process returns for items placed online. Items dropped off to a FRAME retail store will be sent for return processing on the customer’s behalf.

 

Returns to FRAME stores are subject to our store return and exchange policy.

Returning Your Purchase

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Items must be returned new, unused, with all FRAME garment tags still attached and in their original packaging. 

 

To return an item, follow the instructions below:

 

  1. For U.S. orders, visit returns.frame-store.com, enter the email address associated with your order and slick “Start A Return.”
  2. After you initiate your return, you will receive an email prompting you to access the Returns Center.
  3. Once you access the Returns Center, select the item(s) you would like to return/exchange and select the reason for the return/exchange.
    1. If you would like to exchange your item, you will be prompted to do so after you select the reason for return.
    2. If you do not want to exchange your item, please be sure to click ‘I don’t want to exchange this item’ at the bottom of the prompt.
  4. After you’ve selected the reason(s) for return, click the ‘Return Items’ button located at the top right-hand corner of the page. You will be asked to confirm your item(s) on the next page.
  5. Click ‘Download Shipping Label & Packing Slip’ and print. Be sure to include the packing slip inside your return box, affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

 

Returning an item is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
