Items that are in their original condition with all FRAME tags attached may be returned online within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Once delivered, please allow 7 days for us to process your return. Returns for refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

An instant refund voucher totaling the amount of your return will be issued to you immediately after your return has been authorized. You can use this voucher towards another purchase on frame-store.com.
Any unused amount of your instant refund voucher will be refunded to your original form of payment once your return has been processed.
If you do not use your instant refund voucher, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment once your return has been received and processed.
At this time, our retail stores cannot accept in-store returns for items purchased online. However, we will gladly mail out your return to be processed on your behalf.
