Return Policy

Return shipping is free on all U.S. orders. For international orders, shipping and returns costs are calculated based on the size, weight and distance of your return. 


Items purchased online may be returned online or dropped off at a FRAME retail location within 30 days of purchase. Orders dropped off will be processed on the customer's behalf. Items purchased at a FRAME retail location can only be returned in-store.


Items must be returned new, unused and with all FRAME garment tags still attached. 


Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. 


Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on Alternatively, you can exchange your online purchase at our FRAME retail store.

Receiving A Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note it takes our warehouse 1 week to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Returns To A FRAME Store

Online returns can be dropped off at any FRAME retail store location along with the original invoice and garment tags attached. All dropped off orders will be processed on the customer's behalf. Returns to FRAME stores are subject to our store return and exchange policy.

Returning Your Purchase

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in their original packaging.  To return an item follow the directions below:

  1. For US orders, go to, enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned and click “Start A Return.”  You will then receive an email from which you can access the Returns Center.  Once you access the Return Center, please choose which item you would like to return/exchange and select the reason for return.
  2. You will then be able to print a pre-paid FedEx shipping label.  Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to you package and take the package to a FedEx drop-off location. 
  3. Include your packing list inside of the package
  4. Returning an item is at your own risk.  We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Price Adjustments

We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 7 days of purchase. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
