Items that are in their original condition with all FRAME tags attached may be returned online within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment.

 

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Visit returns.frame-store.com to initiate your return. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label once your return has been authorized.

Yes. You can easily exchange your item for the same style in a different size. Visit returns.frame-store.com to initiate an exchange.

An instant refund voucher totaling the amount of your return will be issued to you immediately after your return has been authorized. You can this voucher towards another purchase on frame-store.com.


Any unused amount of your instant refund voucher will be refunded to your original form of payment once your return has been processed.


If you do not use your instant refund voucher, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

Items purchased online can be dropped off to any FRAME retail store. However, at this time, retail stores cannot process returns for items purchased online. Items dropped off in stores will be sent out for return processing on your behalf.

Yes. You can track your return via FedEx with the tracking number located on your return shipping label.

Your refund will be processed 2-3 business days after we receive your return.
