  • Wash your jeans inside out in cold water with like colors.
  • Add a cup of vinegar to the wash to prevent fading. Although the vinegar may leave a temporary scent, it will disappear with wear.
  • Use detergents specifically designed for dark colors, such as Woolite or Tide.
  • When washing a rinse wash or dark indigo jean for the first time, wash it alone to prevent any issues with dye transfer.
  • Avoid using bleach on your denim.

  • Care must be taken when using a steamer at home. Avoid pressing the steamer nozzle directly onto the fabric. You may choose to steam the garment inside out.
